Anna Hansen, chef patron of The Modern PantryClerkenwell's newish foodie destination The Modern Pantry from ex-Sugar Club and Providores chef Anna Hansen, has attracted hearty praise in its short tenure. Canadian-born and New Zealand raised, Anna has feet in both modern British and French traditions with an antipodean nod to southeast Asia. Dishing it up all day from breakfast, through weekend brunch and an all day menu, the kitchen guides diners through an exotic array of ingredients.
